I’ve finally returned from New York and the LinkShare Symposium. It was a great time catching up with merchants, publishers and LinkShare executive. I also enjoyed attending the Golden Link Awards on Monday night. It’s so much fun to see everyone get all dolled up and it’s not just the ladies that look like a million bucks.
Of course, the whole time was made a little more fun (and way more stressful) because Revenue magazine was up for an award. We ... More

Revenue is pleased to be nominated for a 2008 LinkShare Golden Link Award for the Performance Marketing’s Most Vocal Advocate. This is the same category we were nominated in last year, but lost to the fabulous Kellie Stevens of AffiliateFairPlay.com.
This year’s competition is also very stiff as we face off against super affiliate Scott Jangro of MechMedia and InternetGeekGirl Stephanie Agresta. I’ll be thrilled no matter who wins (ok, I seriously don’t want to be a ... More

Today is a day of jokes, pranks, scams and other hijinx. I’m not going o attempt to pull the wool over your eyes. You’re too smart and I’m just not feeling that clever this morning.

Former Commission Junction executive turned super affiliate Scott Jangro just posted that CJ has named Kerri Pollard as the affiliate network's new general manager.
Back in July there was speculation surrounding who would be named general manager of the company. That was laid to rest when CJ made an official announcement that it would split some of the duties between Dave Osman and Pollard, who recently left the Boston area to move closer to CJ's headquarters in Santa ... Has it been that long since I’ve actually written a blog? I guess so. I’ve been busy writing, editing and pulling together the November/December issue of Revenue. We send it to the printer this week, so it’s been crazy.
Yesterday I finished up (way past deadline) my Affiliate Advantage profile of super affiliate Scott Jangro, president of MechMedia. Whenever I write a longer piece (not a blog or editor’s letter, etc.) I have a very specific process. I ... More
