Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day. I hope you already got some gifts for your sweetie. If not, what the heck are you waiting for? So, once that very important task is out of the way you can move on to sharing your love and appreciation with others.

Here are some simple ideas for spreading the love. And each should take you only about 10 minutes. That’s not much time to make someone feel special.

For Affiliates:

*Take 10 minutes out of your day to read an email from a merchant that is looking to recruit you. Spend that time also finding out more about their program. It might just be the start of great new relationship.
*Call your contact or rep at one of the networks and let them know how much you appreciate their efforts over the last year. That call might just put you top of mind for the next big thing they have going or maybe some improved commission rates.
*Give your customers/visitors some love. Find a way to let them know you appreciate them - single one out in a newsletter, offer a special coupon on your site or answer an email from one of them.

For Affiliate Managers:
*Reach out to an affiliate that seems to be struggling. Spend 10 minutes on the phone giving them the person touch. It could ignite them to perform better in your program.
*Send a top affiliate a special gift. Who doesn’t love chocolate? Plus, if you hurry you can catch the FedEx truck in time for Valentine’s Day Delivery.
*Deliver some positive stats to your manager about your online marketing efforts. Maybe they will return the love with more support for your programs and campaigns.
