Hey Lisa,
Good to hear your voice and see the office where “IT” all happens.
If you want to get rid of the neck and back problems caused by your ‘big comfy chair’, you might want to take a look at the Humanscale ergonomic chair that I use and talked about in a video tour of my home office that I posted awhile ago. It works because it forces you to sit up straight, which I would never do otherwise.
