LinkShare Golden Link Winners

By Lisa Picarille

June 20th, 2007

Okay, Revenue didn’t take home any statues from the swanky black tie LinkShare Golden Link Awards, but I still had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all the winners - especially Kellie Stevens of AffiliateFairPlay.com. She does great work and deserves to be recognized for her hard (and very important) work. Check out a Q&A Revenue did with Kellie a couple issues back. Here’s a list of who took home the awards:

Innovative Affiliate of the Year
StarStyle

Innovative Merchant of the Year
Gaiam

Best New Affiliate
Discover Card

Best New Merchant
ProFlowers

Merchant’s Choice Award
Upromise

Affiliate’s Choice Award
TigerDirect

International Merchant of the Year
Boden

Best Performance-Based Search Strategy
Gardener’s Supply Company

Best Online Merchandising Campaign
American Express and TigerDirect

Best Integrated Online-Offline Marketing
Fabu.com and GSI Commerce

Best Overall Online Distribution Strategy
Avon

Performance Marketing’s Most Vocal Advocate
AffiliateFairPlay.com

If you’re interested in the complete list of nominees you can find it here.

So, now I’m off to the Symposium and will provide more details later. Meanwhile, don’t forget to tune into the Affiliate Thing podcast at Noon EST at www.WebMasterRadio.FM. Jim Kukral is today’s guest and Sam Harrelson is my guest co-host.

Thanks for your kind words Lisa. Both you and Eric were certainly worthy “contenders.” You have certainly given me support and helped me to “get the word out.”

And it looks like I have some bets to settle up on now. ;) Have a great time in NYC and I sure wish I was there.

Kellie, I’m happy to spread the word about those looking to cheat online marketers. Keep up the great work.
